Da nun na nahhhh!!!….. It’s ski season!!!!!🎿🏂 Are you as excited as I am?! Ok, but what does ski season reallyyyy mean? It means aprés ski….aka winter drinking! 🍻 Cause let’s be real, we all know by now that I wouldn’t be skiing without the reward of a nice beer or cocktail post mountain run. One of my go-to wintery cocktails to enjoy aprés ski is… the White Russian.
So in the spirit of hitting the slopes next weekend, for this Sippin’ Sunday I bring you the improved White Russian. 👌
Ingredients:
2oz vodka
1oz Kahlua (or any coffee liqueur)
1oz Half & half
Coffee
Process:
Coffee Cubes // Brew a pot of coffee, let cool to room temperature, and pour into ice trays. Freeze until firm
Cocktail // Fill a rocks glass with the coffee ice cube(s), pour in the vodka and Kahlua over ice. Add the half & half and stir lightly. Serve immediately.
Whether you decide to enjoy this wintery drink aprés ski or in the comfort of your own home under a blanket, the improved White Russian is the perfect way to get your winter buzz on. Hell, with these coffee ice cubes you might as well just start your day off with it thennnn hit the slopes! Aprés ski, shmaprés ski – I say the sooner the better! 😜
Cheers! 🍸⛄️🍸
