Resort Wear

Resort wear SCREAMS bold oversized prints, linen and big hats. Like, can’t you just hear every tropical hotel shouting “You better wear your biggest hat and breeziest linen or you can’t sit with us!!!!!!”… Total mean girl status. But it’s not as hard to appease as you think! 😉

Since most designers recently released their resort collections anddd I just went to Hawaii (obvious much?!😝) I figured only appropriate to discuss how to nail resort wear (you know… for us “normal” people that can’t just rip that gorgeous $2,000 frock off the runway). 🙏🙏😁😁😁

And for that I give you one word: linen. Load it upppp. I’ve said it before and ill say it again linen is vacation. so all you gotta do is get yourself linen anything and BAM – resort ready. Well, maybe not “bam” just yet. Top it off with some bone, gold, or shell accessories then BAM…or that for that extra loud BAM KABANG…. a big hat 😎 #bossy

I adore these shorts – lightweight, totallyyy comfy and unexpected with the stitching pattern. It reminds me of hammocks, bamboo, tiki huts or wood, total island vibes. Everlane makes the perfect lightweight linen top to accompany this look. And last very important piece? The right beach bag! Big enough to hold cameras, mags, sunscreen etc but also washable, durable, and with a closed opening so sand won’t fly in 👌 I carried this backpack no joke, every day and have no complaints! 😄
