It’s been awhile since I’ve given the Bay Area some local beer love so this one goes out to the amazing Russian River Brewery 💛 for their summery sour brew, Santification! 🙌🍻😋 (Side note: +++ Bay Area love to give out for our Anchor Brewing 💙, as today is the kick-off to Drink Steam Week! Celebrating Anchor for pioneering the craft beer industry – list of special events here). Back to the Russian River feature here cause they truly are one of my favorite breweries since everything that comes out of there is gold…and thats a hard feet to accomplish. 👍👍
Woo, haven’t done a night shoot in a while!! 😆😆 But I’ve been getting AFTER it lately on the night music scene this past week. Earth Wind and Fire (dance groove cityyy) leading up to what was an unbeatable Outsidelands weekend of partying (marathon of foot stepping and smiles), and culminating in an ALL ACCESS pass to Guns n’ Roses last night (mouth agape head banging tears). I’m talking fancy back door entrance and front row for Axel and Slash!! 🙌🎤🎸 f*ck yeah!!…my ears are still recovering… not sure if they ever will….😵👂

Soooo I know I confessed earlier that I’d NEVER drink a beer below 5% but I couldn’t resist when I saw the retro label on this bad boy (tbh, I didn’t check the ABV until I left the store and was like SH*T haha 😬) but regardless, very enamored by the vibe of this beer. Really all of Modern Time’s beers look super cool and I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to review one! Well, Fruitlands Apricot was the perfect summer treat. 🙌🍻😎
TASTE TEST: Pours an orange hue, slightly opaque and moderate carbonation. Ooooooo way more apricot than I thought! “Tastes like the skin of an apricot” said my bro.😛 Perfect for summer. Like PERFECT for summer. Don’t smell it. Smells like barf haha.😝 Or dried apricots I guess. Apricot is really all I can taste. Dried and ripe. Nice level of sour. Actually could finish the bottle and not be sick of it. Sour candy? 🍑🍑
Maybe I’m being influenced by the label after all, but this beer feels a bit nostalgic like I should be sippin’ it in someone’s backyard with a small swivel pool, red stand-alone grill, aviators, high waisted anything..haha you get the picture yeah? ☀️😎🌈 Next time, I’m shooting on film, this beer is begging for some grain 📷😜

Not only have I combed through ALL 28 pages of the Women’s sale online, but also went to the store to check out the quality and style of the best products in person – so it’s safe to say I got you covered!!

Everyone’s got a wardrobe weakness… what’s mine? Shoes and sunglasses. OK fine, tbh I have several…actually, my weakness is rad clothing lol but when I see a pair of shoes with some extra flair I always purchase 💥😍… Hence why I wear so little jewelry! Cause every time I am in the store with $100 to spend and I’m staring simultaneously at the one minimal silver necklace on the accessories rack AND the pair of suede vintage looking boots next to it… I go for the boots, ev-er-y-time. 😆😆
