Let it be known: ALL RED IS IN.

From traveling around Europe this summer and seeing it with my own eyes, to the new Haim single, to this look I creepily snapped from Solange’s Insta-story (my major style icon) I have in fact confirmed the rumors are true…the newest trend is all red all the time. 🔻🔺🔻🔺🔻🔺🔻🔺

This can be a seriously intimidating look, only meant for the fiercest of women; but I don’t let that intimidate me, I let it empower me. 💥👊🏼 Fuck YES I can wear all red. Fuck YES I’ll make some heads turn. And fuck YES I will feel like a boss, and that is most definitely what matter most. 👌🏼⚡️👌🏼

Think of it like, wearing a sexy new piece of lingerie when you’re going to sleep with someone for the first time. 😻🙈 Chances are they’re going to undo it and toss it aside before they even see it! I'm SO excited to announce that I'll be hosting the first of Levi's Summer Fridays series! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😄 Each Friday, for the next 3 weeks, Levi's Emeryville will be throwing an evening of drinks, denim and dancing; all while getting some rad customizations for your denim pieces. ✔️👖🍺🎶

So naturally, I'M THERE! (but literally) 🤣😝

From distressing to patchwork, embroidery and repair, the Tailor Shop will make sure you're ready for anything in a one-of-a-kind look. 👌🏼🆒 This Friday (8/6), get festival-ready with me and learn how to add fun patches to your favorite pair of jeans or denim jacket for a completely original festival outfit. Honestly, the world Tailor Shop is your oyster and you can make your wildest denim dreams come true. 🙌🏼✨👖☺️

Trust me, I just went there last night for my first custom Levi's experience and left the store BEAMING, all my dreams DEF came true. Who knew all of that was possible?! Not me! Even though I wear Levi's 5/7 days a week, I've never had any experience using their Tailor shop, and (I'll admit) didn't even fully understand it's capabilities. 😬😳 I can't unveil my custom design yet, but scroll down for a sneak peak (and check out my Insta-story for some BTS footie while it lasts)! 💯

So, come join me this Friday in-store, as I show my styling and and customizing processes for my all original festival look. 🙏🏼😛 The event runs from 5-9pm (but mama's gotta workkk), so I'll be there at 6pm for the first customization workshop. Second workshop is at 8pm, but I'll be at available all night to help you decide on customizations or answer any styling questions you might have! 🙂🤗

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: The BIG Edit + Shopping Tips

I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it was already Nsale time again! 👀😲Has it really already been a YEAR?! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is probably the biggest online retail sale of the year, and I plan to take full advantage. 😈

I have to say though, last year I was a bit underwhelmed by the sale (especially for all that hype 🙄). I think it was partly because product sells SO fast, that if you’re not on it at the V beginning it’s slim pickings! 😬 However, I’ve learned they also restock frequently so if there is a product you really want (like this 🙋🏼), check back daily to see if new sizes have been added! 🔜🛍🛒✔️ Not to mention, I’ve noticed that Nordstrom has majorly stepped up their game in the last year! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

So, between my better understanding of the sale and a round of applause for the Nordstrom buyer, this year I’m swoooooning over WAY too many items. 😍👚👖👢👟👞👗❤️

Lot’s of which are from some of my favorite too expensive for me to typically shop at brands like: Rag & Bone, FRAME Denim, Vince, and Levi’s. I’m only the most sad to report, that their sunglasses section is quite small. 😒

Heyyylooo summer! 👋🏼☀️ (and no, I’m not talking about the fact you can see my undies in that shot 🙊 #DGAF). What I mean to say is, this tee & mini skirt combo is officially my go-to pairing this season. What’s not to love? I always love a good graphic tee and quite frankly I’m jazzed about the revival of the mini skirt. 🌟🆒🌟 Now I can relive the glory days of middle school and shopping at Abercrombie and Fitch. 🤣🤣
